Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 9 months of work experience in office, healthcare or customer service.
• Must pass EPIC competency for scheduling within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the encounter or episode process including scheduling appointments and updating patient demographics.
• Enter referrals and facilitate the Advanced Access process.
• Monitor daily patient schedule and handle reminders/no-shows.
