Responsibilities

• Schedule patient appointments per guidelines and monitor the daily schedule.
• Verify demographics and insurance information; handle referrals and EPIC entries.
• Answer calls, document messages, and relay information to care teams.
• Maintain HIPAA confidentiality and manage referrals to other facilities.
• Support access by coordinating with providers and nursing teams.
