Qualifications

• Required: High school diploma or GED with 2 years relevant experience.
• Desirable: 4–6 years of relevant experience in medical/dental settings.
• Scheduling patient appointments accurately in a medical or dental setting; EHR familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Schedule patient appointments and manage inbound calls.
• Register patients and verify accuracy of forms.
• Coordinate with patient care team and provide information.
• Back up coverage and maintain professionalism with patients.
