Logan Health Behavioral Health in Kalispell, MT is seeking a compassionate PRN Registered Nurse to join our team. You will provide comprehensive psychiatric care, administer medications, and support patient recovery in a 40-bed inpatient setting.

Requirements include Montana RN license or compact, CPR/BLS certification, and RQI within 7 days. Prior psychiatric experience and BSN preferred; shifts are variable as needed.

Qualifications

• Current Montana RN license or a multi-state compact license with Montana authorization.
• Healthcare Provider CPR and/or BLS certification required; RQI Provider (BLS) within 7 days of hire.
• 2+ years of experience in a similar medical setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Comprehensive Psychiatric Care – conduct assessments, develop care plans, and collaborate with teams.
• Medication Management – administer and monitor prescribed medications and educate patients.
• Safety Monitoring & Compliance – perform safety checks and document observations per protocols.

We provide acute inpatient services for Montana clients who have mental health or substance abuse issues.The 40-bed facility offers clinically effective treatment through the collaborative efforts of a team that includes psychiatrists, addictionologists, certified licensed addiction counselors, licensed therapists, psychiatric nurses and mental health specialists. BSN degree preferred.* Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in similar position within a medical setting (e.g., physician office, clinic, or hospital) preferred. Experience in assigned area(s) preferred.* Possess knowledge of professional nursing theory, medical terminology and principles of professional nursing practice to administer and evaluate patient care.* Healthcare Provider (HCP) CPR and/or BLS certification required RQI Provider (BLS) required within 7 days of hire/transfer or before independent patient care, whichever occurs first.If you have a passion for mental health care and strong nursing skills we want to hear from you!**Shift:**Variable (United States of America)**Schedule: PRN, Variable shifts**Logan Health operates 24 hours per day, seven days per week.
