Responsibilities

• Utilize multiple systems and interfaces to support patient access functions

• Provide service excellence to patients and visitors through face-to-face and telephonic encounters
• Contribute to PAS goals, including collections, palm scanning, and other departmental initiatives
• Maintain knowledge of applicable state and federal regulations, including EMTALA, AHCA, and JCAHO
• Maintain professional relationships with clinical and non-clinical team members
• Ensure required patient consent forms and compliance documentation are completed accurately
• Maintain patient privacy and confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA guidelines

The Patient Access team plays a critical role in creating a positive patient experience while ensuring accurate registration, regulatory compliance, and efficient access to care. This role is ideal for an experienced patient access professional who is comfortable working across multiple systems, supporting patients and visitors, and maintaining accuracy and compliance in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Patient Access Representative II Job Responsibilities:
