## Patient Access Representative IApply: Riverside Doctors' Hospital Williamsburg - Williamsburg, Virginia: Part time: Posted Today: 2026-038269Williamsburg, Virginia**Hiring Range**$16.20 - $21.08/HourlyActual pay is determined based on job-related factors such as relevant experience, education, credentials, skills, internal equity, and business needs.**Overview** Responsible for registration of all patient types within their department. Works daily reports and account work queues to ensure the integrity of registration data. The Patient Access representative is responsible for the delivery of critical components of the Revenue Cycle; understanding regulatory compliance, maintaining patient safety through correct patient identification practices, and providing excellent customer service. **What you will do*** Obtains or validates patient information and registers patients into the software system, while providing a high level of customer service.* Ensures all necessary demographic and financial data are obtained and documented into the system.* Maintains patient safety through the correct patient identification practices.
