Responsibilities

  • Welcome patients and families with kindness, professionalism, and excellent customer service.
  • Register patients and accurately update demographic and insurance information.
  • Verify insurance eligibility, benefits, referrals, and authorizations as applicable.
  • Help patients understand estimated out-of-pocket expenses.
  • Collect and process patient payments.
  • Connect patients with financial counseling resources when appropriate.
  • Maintain accurate information within patient registration systems.
  • Provide administrative support to help keep clinic operations running smoothly.
  • Work closely with clinical and administrative team members to provide an efficient, positive patient experience.
  • Protect patient confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.

As a Patient Access Representative, you’ll often be one of the first people our patients interact with when they visit one of our Kalispell clinics. You’ll help create a welcoming experience while assisting with registration, insurance information, payments, and other important details that help each visit run smoothly. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in customer service, hospitality, reception, banking, administrative support, or healthcare who is ready to bring their skills into a meaningful healthcare environment.

What You’ll Do
  • Welcome patients and families with kindness, professionalism, and excellent customer service

Shift: Variable - 8 Hours (United States of America) Schedule: Monday - Friday. No weekends! Logan Health operates 24 hours per day, seven days per week. Schedules are set to accommodate the requirements of the position and the needs of the organization and may be adjusted as needed.
