Job summary

Logan Health Medical Center in Kalispell, MT is seeking a Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) and/or Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to support primary care clinics with patient intake, vitals, medical history review and exam prep.

You will assist providers during exams and procedures, perform point-of-care testing, administer medications as directed, and ensure accurate EMR documentation to support a positive patient experience. Collaborative, compassionate care is essential.

Qualifications

  • Certification as RMA or CMA required.
  • Experience collecting vitals and reviewing medical histories.
  • Ability to document in EMR accurately and efficiently.

Medical Assistant | Primary Care | PRN Logan Health Primary Care 160 Heritage Way Kalispell, MT 59901 Schedule: Full-Time | 4x10 hour shifts Bring your clinical expertise and compassion to a team focused on providing high-quality, patient-centered care. At Logan Health, our Primary Care team is dedicated to supporting patients through compassionate and coordinated care. We are seeking a Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) and/or Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to support clinical care, patient communication, care coordination, and day-to-day clinic operations. This role plays an important part in creating a positive patient experience by assisting providers, preparing patients for exams and procedures, obtaining medical histories and vital signs, documenting accurately, coordinating care needs, and supporting patients with professionalism, empathy, and respect.

Your Role in Action

Welcome patients, collect vitals, review medical histories, and prepare them for exams. Support providers with routine exams, procedures, and patient care needs. Perform point-of-care testing, administer medications as directed, and process lab specimens. Maintain accurate EMR documentation and help create an exceptional patient experience. Collaborate with providers, nurses, and the broader care team to deliver coordinated, patient-centered care.

  • Schedule: Logan Health operates 24 hours per day, seven days per week. Schedules are set to accommodate the requirements of the position and the needs of the organization and may be adjusted as needed.
