Job summary

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of front desk experience in a medical or dental setting.
• Recent hands-on EPIC experience with strong accuracy and independence.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Create positive first impressions by greeting, checking in, and assisting patients and visitors with professionalism and warmth.
• Deliver outstanding customer service in a high-volume clinical environment.
• Manage patient registration and scheduling, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Maintain electronic health records (EHR) by preparing, verifying, and updating patient information.
• Coordinate appointments and follow-ups, supporting smooth patient flow.
• Verify insurance and eligibility, including DSHS screening and demographic updates.
• Handle administrative tasks such as answering phones, routing calls, data entry, scanning, and correspondence.
• Support clinic operations by collaborating across departments and providing coverage as needed.

Hiring Range: $21.52 - $26.90 per hour
