The role requires a high school diploma or GED, with an Associate's degree preferred. Strong medical terminology knowledge, keyboarding, computer skills, and excellent customer service are essential; 3+

Qualifications

High school graduate or GED is required.
Associate's Degree preferred or equivalent demonstrated work experience.
Duties require knowledge of medical terminology.
Proficient keyboarding skills are essential.
Computer experience a must.
Must possess strong reasoning and critical thinking skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multitask throughout the business day.
Exceptional customer service skills are required.
Over three years of related medical office work experience is required.
Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal influenza and the COVID-19 virus or to be exempt from the requirement by signing a statement.

Responsibilities

Under general supervision of the Team Leader, Rehab Operations, perform a variety of office support and coordination of patient care processes.
Assist with related duties in accordance with Rehabilitation Services department policies and procedures.
