Role Purpose
This role supports all aspects of Point of Service Collections for BJC hospitals, including estimate generation and staff education. The position may be the first contact for potential patients, requiring high standards of customer service, compassion, and adherence to BJC standards. It ensures accurate insurance and financial information in patient records, manages projects supporting Patient Access, and develops innovative processes. The Lead facilitates pre-boarding and onboarding of Patient Access Representatives and mentors staff, coordinating work independently.
Responsibilities
Education: High School Diploma or GED
Experience: 2-5 years
Education: Associate's Degree
Licenses & Certifications: CHAA
