Role Purpose
This role supports all aspects of the Point of Service Collections process across BJC hospitals, from estimate generation to staff education. The position manages the price estimation request line and may be the first contact for potential patients, requiring high standards of customer service, compassion, and alignment with BJC’s mission and values. It ensures accurate insurance and financial data in patient records and supports patient access initiatives. The Lead facilitates pre-boarding and onboarding of Patient Access Representatives (PARs), mentors staff, and coordinates work independently.
