Role Purpose
This role supports all aspects of the Point of Service Collections process, manages the price estimation request line, and acts as the first contact for potential patients, representing BJC with high standards of customer service, compassion, and professionalism. It ensures accurate insurance and financial data in patient records, coordinates projects, and develops innovative processes to improve efficiency. The Lead facilitates pre-boarding and onboarding of Patient Access Reps, mentors staff, and coordinates work independently.
