Job summary

Valley Health Systems is seeking a Patient Access Representative to be the friendly first impression for patients arriving at our facility. You will greet guests, collect information, verify details, and guide them through check-in with warmth and professionalism.

In a fast-paced, high-energy environment, you’ll collaborate with doctors, nurses, and staff to deliver an outstanding patient experience. A high school diploma is required; strong communication and organizational skills are essential,

Qualifications

• High School Graduate/GED required.
• Strong communication and multitasking abilities.
• Customer service or healthcare experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities
