Job summary

Valley Health Systems, Inc. is seeking a Patient Access Representative to greet patients, answer questions, and help them complete the intake process with care and efficiency.

You will be the first point of contact in a fast-paced healthcare setting, coordinating with clinical teams to ensure a smooth patient experience and accurate information flow throughout the visit. This role emphasizes compassion, organization, and clear communication, with training provided if you are new to healthcare.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or healthcare is a plus, but not required—we’ll train you to be the best.
• Strong communication and multitasking abilities are essential.
