Job summary

Resurgens Orthopaedics in Grapevine, AR is hiring for a Patient Access role. Schedule includes Mon–Thu 7am–7pm and Fri 7am–2pm. You will support patients at the front desk, verify information, and ensure smooth check-in/out processes.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, willingness to travel to OTX locations, and ability to work across Patient Access functions. A focus on customer service and HIPAA compliance is essential.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Travel to all OTX locations is required.
  • Cross-training in different Patient Access functions.
  • 1–3 months related experience or training.

Responsibilities

  • Train in all areas: Check in/out, Chart Auditing, Call Center functions.
  • Provide excellent customer service to patients.
  • Contribute to a positive work atmosphere.
  • Relay relevant information to internal staff.
  • Follow procedures for appointment entry, check-in and check-out.
  • Participate in office meetings and educational activities.
  • Maintain neat and orderly work area.
  • Comply with HIPAA procedures.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Education/Experience:

High School Diploma, or general education degree (GED), or one to three months relates experience, and/or training or equivalent combination or education and experience.
