Job summary

ConnectiveRx is seeking a Patient Support Specialist to join a concierge team that guides patients through copay programs and access to prescribed medications. You will engage with patients, physicians, and pharmacies to provide eligibility, reimbursement support, and a smooth program experience.

The role demands strong empathy and health care knowledge, with potential for bilingual English/Spanish communication. Involves calls, escalation, and occasional admin tasks.

Qualifications

• Experience in a health care or case management setting is preferred.
• Knowledge of pharmacy benefits, health care insurance, and medical billing is a plus.
• Fluent in English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Responds to inbound and outbound calls to assist patients, physicians, and pharmacies with access to care and reimbursement needs.
• Escalates issues to Program Management, IT, or other teams as needed.
• Performs other duties and administrative tasks as required.
