Qualifications

• Two years’ experience in front office with computer experience.

Responsibilities

• Answer department phone lines and relay messages clearly.
• Schedule patient visits and manage registrations in EPIC.
• Process invoices and purchase requests as appropriate.
• Maintain department supplies and organize filing systems.
• Coordinate with senior staff on scheduling and workflow.
