Qualifications

• 1 year of healthcare, behavioral health, dental, customer service, or related administrative experience required.
• High School Diploma preferred.
• Basic Life Support preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages scheduling resources for patient appointments.
• Manages communication tools for patient scheduling requests.
• Verifies insurance eligibility and pre-authorization requirements for upcoming visits.
• Reviews and assigns insurance tiering for payor assignment.
• Coordinates enrollment in the MySEARHC patient portal and ensures accurate patient records.
