This position requires 1 year of healthcare or related administrative experience, proficiency in EHR systems, and a customer-service mindset aligned with SEARHC standards.

Qualifications

• 1 year of healthcare, behavioral health, dental, customer service, or relevant administrative experience.
• Internal SEARHC candidates with at least 1 year in a trainee or similar role considered qualified.
• Basic Life Support preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule patient appointments and manage registration resources.
• Verify insurance and review pre-registration requirements for upcoming visits.
• Collect payments and up-front collections as needed.
• Create and maintain patient profiles in the EHR with accurate demographic data.
• Coordinate use of the MySEARHC portal for patient enrollment.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support departmental improvement efforts.
