Responsibilities

• Manages scheduling resources for patient appointments.
• Verifies insurance eligibility and conducts pre-registration review.
• Processes payments including co-pays or upfront collections.
• Creates new patient profiles in the electronic health record with accurate demographic data.
• Coordinates sign-ups for the MySEARHC patient portal and communicates with care teams.
