Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manages scheduling resources for patient appointments.
• Handles communication tools for scheduling requests from patients and care teams.
• Performs pre-registration review for insurance verification.
• Processes follow-up appointment requests and inquiries.
• Retrieves payments including co-pays and upfront collections.
• Collects and scans registration documents for compliance.
• Reviews insurance tiering and validates eligibility and pre-authorization.
