Responsibilities

• Manages scheduling resources for patient appointments.
• Verifies insurance eligibility and pre-authorization requirements.
• Creates new patient profiles in the EHR with accurate demographic data.
• Coordinates sign-ups in the MySEARHC patient portal and communicates with care teams.
