Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients, collect demographics, health information and verify insurance eligibility/benefits.
• Enter or verify patient data in real-time ensuring accuracy.
• Process referrals, pre-certifications, pre-determinations, and pre-authorizations per plan requirements.
• Verify coverage and create price estimates; collect patient co-pays when applicable.
