Qualifications

• Experience in patient access or front desk is a plus, not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients and families with check-in, registering patients across multiple computer systems.
• Answer phones and gather accurate patient information quickly.
• Support timely access to care by minimizing registration delays and answering questions with confidence and compassion.
• Build trust with patients during stressful moments of illness or anxiety.
• Navigate insurance plans, collect co-pays, and provide cost estimates when applicable.
• Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and care teams to ensure smooth patient flow.
• Training will be provided; this role is a strong entry point into healthcare careers.
