Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Grad or Equiv required.
• Associate degree preferred.
• Experience in health care or patient access is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review schedules and perform eligibility and benefits verification.
• Ensure authorizations and pre-certifications are correct to avoid denials.
• Enter data accurately and meet upfront collection goals.
• Coordinate with clinical teams to minimize delays in care.
• Explain charges, payment options and collect patient payments.
