Qualifications

• 6+ months of customer service experience in an office/hospital setting.
• Intermediate level of proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
• Ability to work the following schedule: Monday 12:00pm - 5:00pm, Tuesday 12:00pm - 5:00pm, Wednesday 12:00pm - 5:00pm, Thursday 12:00pm - 5:00pm, Friday 12:00pm - 4:00pm.

Responsibilities

• Greets and welcomes patients in person.
• Collects demographic and insurance information for registration.
• Checks in and interviews patients to complete necessary paperwork.
• Verifies insurance eligibility and benefits information.
