Responsibilities

• Monitors and resolves electronic work queues to ensure clean claims.
• Ensures regulatory compliance including No Surprises Act and CMS guidelines.
• Performs insurance verification and financial clearance for admissions.
• Maintains EHR data integrity and accurate patient lookups.
• Provides financial counseling and discusses estimated balances.
• Supports cross-campus operations and standardizes workflows.
• Maintains Epic registration workflow knowledge and attends training.
• Takes inbound inquiries and performs departmental support.
