• Assist Patient Access Representative staff with registration procedures and customer service.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in patient access workflows and policies.
• Coordinate patient flow and scheduling for registration and check-in processes.
• Handle escalated patient inquiries and issues to improve satisfaction.
• Collaborate with clinical departments to address patient care needs.
• Monitor KPIs related to registration accuracy and wait times.
