Qualifications

• Experience utilizing medical terminology in job setting and a basic understanding of insurance requirements.
• Experience with MEDITECH/A4 system.

Responsibilities

• Performs all registration functions for patients, collecting demographic information and verifying insurance benefits.
• Obtains authorization/pre-certification for services and collects patient liability at or before service.
• Greets and serves patients professionally to promote a respectful experience.
