Responsibilities

• Register patients across hospital settings (front desk, clinics, ER).
• Verify demographics and insurance coverage in EMR; schedule next appointments.
• Obtain signatures on forms and ensure documents are scanned.
• Verify insurance eligibility and educate patients on coverage; coordinate with financial counselor when needed.
• Assist with mail, phone calls, and interdepartmental coordination.
