You will register patients, confirm insurance and referrals, collect patient responsibilities, and maintain smooth patient flow with a friendly, supportive approach.

The position emphasizes compassionate service, accuracy in documentation, and collaboration with the care team to ensure timely access to services at our facility.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates a personalized, high quality and efficient experience for patients, visitors and families.
• Maintains a highly visible presence at entry and departure points.
• Manages patient flow by monitoring arrivals/departures and planning logistics.
• Registers patients for outpatient diagnostic services.
• Obtains and verifies patient information; verifies insurance and referrals as needed.
• Collects patient responsibility at time of service.
• Completes work list tasks as assigned.
