Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• No prior experience required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients, verify demographics and insurance information.
• Collect co-pays and patient responsibilities.
• Explain test preparations and arrival times to patients.
• Maintain HIPAA confidentiality and protect patient information.
• Assist with scheduling and referrals as needed.
• Navigate EPIC EMR and patient billing tools to support timely payments.
