The role requires a High School diploma or equivalent and at least one year of related experience; bilingual is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong communication skills are essential to support prompt, accurate data entry and liaise

Responsibilities

• Handle patient registration, collecting demographic, financial and insurance information.

• Refer Self Pay patients to appropriate financial services as needed.
• Enter data accurately and ensure prompt service to all patients.
• Serve as liaison for other hospital departments.
