Key duties include updating demographics, securing required forms, collecting patient balances, and supporting the Patient Financial Services department as needed.

Qualificações

• Healthcare experience and customer service experience preferred.
• Medical Office/Call Center experience helpful.
• Travel to other locations required.

Responsabilidades

• Verify insurance benefits and determine financial responsibility.
• Register patients and update demographics; collect any patient balance.
• Explain forms and collect patient responsibility at the time of service.
• Resolves patient accounts and cross-train with ER as needed.
• Travel to other locations required.
