Responsibilities

• Registers patients and verifies insurance benefits.
• Creates good faith estimates and collects patient responsibility at service time.
• Updates demographics and insurance information accurately.
• Explains required forms for each service and ensures HIPAA compliance.
• Resolves patient accounts and supports other registration functions as needed.
• Maintains communication with clinical partners and adheres to policies.
