Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Register patients and collect demographic information, updating records as needed.
• Verify insurance coverage and handle pre-authorizations or referrals.
• Explain benefits and financial responsibilities to patients.
• Provide excellent customer service via phone and in person.
• Assist patients with online portal navigation and HIPAA compliance.
• Collect co-pays and other payments per hospital policy.
