Community Health Network in Noblesville, IN, seeks an Associate Patient Access Representative (APAR) to be the first point of contact for visitors. You will handle customer service, patient registration and financial clearance with accuracy and compassion.

This role includes check-ins, scheduling, payment collection, insurance verification, CMS compliance and preparation of complete electronic health records for visits. You will support patients through administrative and financial steps of care.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years in healthcare office setting with strong customer service preferred.
• Proficient in inpatient/outpatient/emergency registrations.
• Handles Admissions, Discharges and Transfers in a timely manner.
• Utilizes EPIC work queue to pre-register scheduled patients and verify CMS coverage.

Responsabilidades

• Manage check-ins, scheduling, payment collection, insurance verification and compliance tasks.
• Ensure accuracy of the electronic health record (EHR) and patient demographics for visits.
