Job summary

Endeavor Health in Naperville, IL is seeking a Patient Access Representative for full-time hours (Mon-Fri, 7:00 am–3:30 pm). You will perform pre-registrations, registrations, and revenue-cycle activities for in-patient and outpatient services across hospital departments.

The role requires a High School diploma or GED and healthcare-related experience; familiarity with insurance, medical terminology, and data entry is preferred. Bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma or GED; Associate degree in business or healthcare preferred.
• License: Valid driver’s license if duties at off-site location; proof of automobile liability coverage may be requested.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely and accurate pre-registrations, registrations, order management, charge capture, cash collection and medical information systems for in-patient, out-patient, ER, immediate care and same day surgery patients.
• Collect, analyze and record demographic, insurance/financial and clinical data from multiple sources; obtain signatures as needed.
• Screen for third-party eligibility and enter medical necessity coding to ensure accurate payment.
