Responsibilities

• Provide pre-registration, registrations, order management, and cash collection for in-patient, out-patient, ER, and same-day surgery patients.
• Collect and verify demographic, insurance/financial, and clinical data from multiple sources.
• Screen third-party eligibility and enter medical necessity coding to secure accurate payments.
• Explain revenue cycle expectations to patients and families and aid in payment option selection.
