• Manages medical records documentation and maintains confidentiality.
• Greets patients, visitors, and staff and directs them appropriately.
• Coordinates admissions, procedures, and bed assignments with physicians and departments.
• Assists with staff orientation and daily task delegation.
• Monitors queues, audits workflows, and ensures accurate data entry.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
