The role requires a High School Diploma or GED and 2 years of customer service experience. Training is provided, and the position is based on-site at Ascension St. Vincent Anderson with a daytime schedule and rotating weekends/holidays.

Qualifications

• 2 years of customer service experience.
• Ability to pass background check, drug test, and vaccination requirements.

Responsibilities

• Register patients across multiple computer systems.
• Answer phones and gather information quickly and accurately.
• Assist patients who may be ill, anxious, or confused.
• Navigate diverse insurance plans and coverage details (with training).
• Adapt to interruptions from clinical teams during urgent care situations.
• Build rapport and ease patient concerns in real time.
