Job summary

Qualifications

• Two (2) years' work experience in customer service, healthcare or business-related field.

Responsibilities

• Greet and direct patients and families to testing and surgical areas.
• Obtain/verify required patient information for registration.
• Provide information to promote patient understanding of procedures and hospital environment.
• Handle confidential medical information with discretion.
• Assist with new-hire education and training.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the PAS leadership.
