Job summary

Providence Covenant Medical Group is seeking an Associate Patient Access Representative to assist patients during on-site registration and arrival for scheduled and unscheduled visits. You will collect demographic and insurance information and determine patient liability at the time of service, supporting financial clearance during registration.

This role also handles miscellaneous client services such as valuables collection and delivering friendly, professional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients during on-site registration and arrival for scheduled and unscheduled visits.
