Job summary

Responsibilities

• Complete patient registration with accurate demographic and financial data.
• Verify insurance eligibility and explain financial requirements.
• Collect patient portions prior to or at service.
• Obtain signatures and scan documents into the electronic patient record.
• Maintain accuracy within department guidelines.
• Protect patient confidentiality and data integrity.
