Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Certification: BLS from American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
• Fingerprint Clearance: AZ DPS Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card.
• Experience: Minimum of one year in customer service or office setting.

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent registration services, verifies benefits, schedules and coordinates post-discharge care, collects copays or payments, balances accounts, and performs general data entry. Preregister, register, schedule, reschedule, and discharge patients per guidelines.
