Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous customer service experience required.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and confidentiality requirements.
• Experience with billing/coding and patient finances preferred.
• Typing speed and basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients accurately and efficiently.
• Verify insurance eligibility.
• Collect and enter payments and balance procedures.
• Schedule appointments and communicate information.
• Explain financial options and estimates to patients.
• Assist with physician orders and forms.
• Ensure confidentiality and proper data handling.
