• Perform insurance verification, data entry, and PHI handling.
• Assist with point of service collections and maintain patient relations and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain patient flow and privacy of patient information in accordance with privacy regulations.
• Provide courteous service and collaborate with team to address inquiries and concerns.
