Requires Medical Terminology, Epic, and data entry skills; HS diploma; 1+ year in healthcare; preferred prior-authorization and insurance verification experience. Schedule: full-time, days, in-office.

Responsibilities

• Greets patients to complete check-in/out process.
• Obtains demographic and financial information for scheduling/registration process.
• Collects payments for co-pays, self-pay, and additional balances.
• Answers Five 9 calls in a timely manner and completes queue call backs.
• Assists with completing prior-authorizations for in-office and hospital procedures.
• Assists with WQ's and On Base.
• Performs additional administrative duties as needed.
• Provides great customer service to all patients, staff, and vendors within the organization.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Location: 911 N Elm St, Suite 301, Hinsdale, IL
• Schedule: Monday - Friday 9am-5pm
