Responsibilities

• Perform Medicare compliance reviews and issue ABNs as needed.
• Create estimates for patient financial responsibility and collect payments.
• Coordinate with utilization management for pre-authorizations and logistically assist patients.
• Verify insurance eligibility and obtain pre-authorizations within timeframes.
• Register patients accurately and maintain up-to-date medical records.
• Provide excellent customer service and document payer conversations and payment plans.
• Support PBX coverage and cashiering duties as needed.
